Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of vanialocklin.com and to consulting services booked through it. Consulting services are provided by Arthaus Collective.

Consultations

The Private Strategy Session is a 60-minute, one-on-one working session priced at $399 plus applicable tax. When you request a time, it is held while you complete payment. Your appointment is confirmed only after your payment has been verified; a payment receipt on its own is not an appointment confirmation.

The Marketing Funnel Audit ($1,000) and Marketing Advisory ($5,000 per month) begin with an inquiry. Their scope and deliverables are agreed in writing before any payment, and each engagement is governed by that separate written agreement.

Payments

Payments are processed by Whop. Prices are shown before checkout and do not include sales tax. Where tax applies, Whop calculates it based on your location and shows it at checkout before you pay. If a payment succeeds but your requested time is no longer available, we will contact you to reschedule or refund the payment.

Rescheduling and cancellations

For the Private Strategy Session:

• Up to 48 hours before your session, you can cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no charge.
• Within 48 hours of your session, payment is non-refundable, but you may reschedule once.
• If we cancel the session or Vania does not attend, you will receive a full refund.

To cancel or reschedule, use the links in your Cal.com confirmation email or contact hello@vanialocklin.com. Marketing Funnel Audit and Marketing Advisory cancellation terms are set out in their written agreements.

No guarantee of results

Consulting provides strategic recommendations. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and no specific results are guaranteed. Professional experience described on this site reflects Vania Locklin's prior roles and is not a result of Arthaus Collective consulting engagements.

Intellectual property

Site content, design and materials are owned by Vania Locklin or Arthaus Collective and may not be reproduced without permission.
