This policy explains how Arthaus Collective ("we", "us"), which provides consulting services by Vania Locklin, handles information collected through vanialocklin.com.

Information we collect

When you submit the inquiry or booking form, we collect your name, email address, business name, business website (optional), the service you select, and what you tell us about your marketing challenge. For Marketing Advisory inquiries we also ask who currently manages your marketing and whether you are prepared to invest in advisory. When you book a Private Strategy Session, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) records your requested appointment time, and our payment provider (Whop) processes your payment.

We never receive or store your full card details. Payments are handled entirely by Whop under its own privacy policy and security standards.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver consulting services, send confirmations and reminders, and keep basic business records. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run this site and our services: Cloudflare (hosting, spam protection and privacy-friendly analytics), Cal.com (scheduling), Whop (payments) and our email delivery provider. Each processes data under its own terms.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to protect our forms from spam. Cal.com and Whop may set cookies needed for scheduling and checkout.

Retention

Booking state held by this website expires automatically after 30 days. Inquiry emails and payment records are kept as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes.
